Your interest and energy power the ANCA Endowment’s efforts to give voice to our community’s values, allowing us to communicate our viewpoints through the national and international media on issues ranging from the Armenian Genocide and our Diasporan community, to the Republic of Armenia and the Nagorno Karabakh conflict.
In support of these aims, we have:
- Leveraged years of media experience and relationships of trust with journalists and editors to deliver the Armenian American message through a broad range of other national and international media outlets.
- Regularly been quoted in the New York Times, Washington Post, Wall Street Journal, Associated Press, Reuters, CNN, ABC News, RT, Al Jazeera, BBC, and other news sources.
- Developed a rapid-response system to challenge inaccurate and biased reporting with letters to the editor, corrections, comments, and protests to publishes and editorial boards.
- Trained local community leaders and chapters about how to effectively reach out to media outlets on Armenian issues.
