Investing in Our Youth

The ANCA Endowment places a high priority on educating, inspiring, and engaging the next generation of Armenian Americans leaders to meet their civic obligations as Americans and to remain actively engaged in the life of the Armenian American community.

In support of these aims, we have:

  • Supported the Capital Gateway Program’s efforts to successfully assist over one hundred talented young Armenian Americans find full-time, career-track positions in Congressional offices, professional think tanks, advocacy groups, and the media
  • Provided free housing, interview training, resume-drafting, professional networking, public-policy introductions to qualified Armenian American job-seekers.
  • Funded the ANCA’s Summer Internship Program, named after the late community leader “Leo Sarkisian,” that has provided an intensive “boot-camp” for the Armenian Cause for hundreds of our community’s best and brightest young people.
  • Enriched communities and chapters across the country with hundreds of internship graduates who have taken on leadership roles in all aspects of Armenian American civic life.
